I always find him rather unlikable.
Always a shifty clam who thinks he is far smarter than he actually is. As in, its blindingly obvious all he says is brick but its also blindingly obvious he actually thinks its gold.

I think he hasnt the first idea. I think he believes he is the dogs danglies and is entitled to top jobs and respect in the game.
I dont think he is smart enough to have the sort of awareness to actually see he is a bad parody of Harry Redknapp on a sketch show.
Maybe, at this point where he has been out of work a while, he will be forced to consider the truth, but I doubt it.
He was on BT score/soccer saturday type thing the other week, thought he knew better than anyone then even though he was spouting off like the know nothing drunk that sits at the end of the bar in the pub shouting at the screen (we all know one).
So maybe not.
