Amazed to hear that was United's 1st trophy for 6 years
I know, it's ridiculous as it's really notIf we win that its a tin pot trophy.
Eric Ten Hag has done a very good job at Utd, but he hasn't exactly done it on a shoe string. Unfortunately for Potter, that Ten Hag has turned round Utd so quickly is probably going to show him up even more..
Very likely.Apart from chelsea (and city hidden payments) utd are the most expensive squad assembled aren't they?
Yep they’ve got an excellent squad, just needed a bit of tweaking and organisation which Ten Haag has done.Apart from chelsea (and city hidden payments) utd are the most expensive squad assembled aren't they?
It also helps having Ferguson on VAR every game.Yep they’ve got an excellent squad, just needed a bit of tweaking and organisation which Ten Haag has done.
But the prem won’t do anything because they are scaredSaudi Sportswashing Machine have grassed themselves up about their Saudi involvement after they were granted ownership pleading no involvement. Interesting

Shame as the truth is out now
It was more that they were passed off as owners on the basis that they were not state owned by Saudi Arabia. That was the condition of ownershipThere are no rules about a state owning a football club. So not sure what they can do.

No there are rules about fit and proper people thoughThere are no rules about a state owning a football club. So not sure what they can do.
The technicalities don't matter though in any case because the deal was ratified on certain criteria, by the recent admission those conditions have been seemingly proven to be not metThat was just said to keep amnesty etc... off their backs. The real reason it was held up was because saudi in their argument with qatar, saudi had allowed piracy of bein sports which had the rights for prem games in the middle east. Saudi agreed to shut them down in order for the Saudi Sportswashing Machine deal to go through.
Everyone and their knew the pfi were linked to the state. It's a sovereign wealth fund.
