Arsenal fans will be jealous of West Ham, who get a trophy for finishing 3rd.

I've always thought that trophy was absolutely absurd. After all, I presume the 2nd place team in the league don't get a trophy? But the 3rd place team do? Silly beyond words.

Really, the play-off trophy is just an excuse to go up the steps and have that "winning" moment. But in reality it is bloody ridiculous.

doubt it, Fat sam will keep them up comfortably, and with the Olympic stadium on the horizon maybe some rich Arab will be looking to invest billions into a Lodon club in a prime location

I don't see why Fat Sam will be successful in the Prem, when he has been sacked from his last few jobs for being crap.

And West Ham don't yet have the OS. It's all gone to bidding again, and there is no guarantee they will get it.

So who has put money on CFC to win tonight

Ive got ?ú75 on CFC to win in 90 mins at 15/4

?ú20 on Chelsea to lift the trophy at 3.1

Placed the bet on thursday, because I thought odds would drop closer to kickoff - but instead you can now get 3.45

Ah well - hopefully I wont win anyway

if west ham survive in the Prem he would have done his job. Of course the fans will only put up with the long ball football for so long, so he will be fired eventually but not because of results, he will get them the results alright

about the OS, i dont see any credible alternatives to West Hams proposals. They'll walk it

I've got ?ú5 on Chelsea to win 3-1 at 40/1
?ú4 on Bayern to win 4-3 at 150/1
and ?ú5 on Bayern 3-2 at 25/1

Thought I'd try and cover things......was bored at work.

gonna lay bayern outright on betfair at 1.4ish.

can't believe the prices. so insulting to chelsea. yes bayern are at home but they ain't a great side by any means. dortmund are comfortably the best side in germany at the moment.

Is ANYONE going to watch this tonight in a Spurs pub...? (I'm thinking Brickies or Bill Nic) I've got a RED/NAVY adidas tracksuit ready... it's the most 'Bayern Munichey' thing I've got... and have NEVER worn red on any matchday that affects Spurs... but seeing as this is all a bit of a topsey-turvey season, I figured why the hell not!

all we need now is some GERMAN BEER with SPURS connections and just a tiny bit of BAYERN Red on it... now where can I find some of that?

ACHTUNG BAYERN MUNICH!

Probably something to do with the fact that without the 4 suspended players, CFC really dont have a very good team at all

Cech
Boswinga
Cahill
Luiz
Bertrand / Cole
Mikel
Lampard
Kalou
Mata
Drogba

Not great, Bayern are far superior

gonads to that I like it, fudge trying to appear neutral..

same here... and who's to say he didn't grow up supporting Bayern (long shot, I know!!)

fair play to him... FFS, Sczezney spent the entire season lording it over us and showing how 'ArseAnal he was... didn't do HIM (or them) any harm...

Good on Brad, more strength to his elbow I say!

...he might even get his own song out of this... if it all goes well tonight!

Feels like we're setting ourselves up for a big fall with all this Bayern Hotspur stuff. Wouldn't be the first time would it? I can't imagine how cringeworthy it would be for a Spurs fan wearing a Bayern scarf to walk passed a bloke wearing a Chelsea shirt who has just see his club crowned European champions. Embarrassing doesnt begin to describe it.

just watched him on Fox soccer - he's one of their panel of experts, and he said he was asked by Spurs fans to do it

and then gave a good defence of why Spurs deserve to be there because of their league position, and that it would be wrong for them to have it taken away by a team who didn't.

He's no dumb footballer, and talks a lot of sense.

Eh, if Chelsea win i doubt we'll be thinking about how we must look to their fans. fudge their fans. I couldn't care less about them.
