Mourinho is the best manager in the world. By doing what you just described, he creates a "everybody is against us" atmosphere at the club which makes the players stick together and work even harder for each other. That is maybe why he has won everything there is to win.

I agree that he is one of the best managers in the world but I do not think that it is acceptable to win at all costs. The bullying and intimidation of match officials when he was at Chelsea lead to two referees receiving death threats and retiring. That is not acceptable.
