I’d say it was due to time constraints except they found time to show Llorente kneeing and heading it over the bar. It’s like they wanted to make sure they had a redemption story for Llorente rather than showing how we won in spite of the refs blatant ineptitude, penalty aside there were fouls he didn’t give, advantages that aren’t advantages (yet fouled at the edge of the box and then retrieving the ball
On the opposite side of the pitch) then not playing an advantage soon after.

Did any other teams get denied a penalty? Not sure it was mentioned anywhere?
 
Thoughts and prayers for the MOTD graphic design dept right now.

On tonight’s show they have to key a graphic which shows the “title race table” without the team currently sat in 2nd place.

They probably won't mention it since neither of the two official title rivals played today.
 
WTF ?

MotD2 not only had ads for other sports broadcasting, but a huge dollop of trailer for Top Gear. Not at the end, but mid-way in the Saturday goals.
