Finally got round to watching the motd 2 highlights of the game and Sir Les (as we would expect from an old boy) was pretty objective about most things.
Loved the analysis of the 48 pass goal - so much wrong from a qpr perspective - I doubt we will see that again this year but what a joy to behold. Ferdy said it right though - in the stadium the fans would have been shouting to get the ball forward more lol.
Onwards and upwards ladies - next sunday's game against the 'Pool will see them getting all the hype and build up after last season, and now with Super Mario on board. I really hope the lads are up for that one as that will be the first proper test of the season.

I used to love him on Capital Gold in the 90s along with Steve Wilson but yeah he's really annoying on TV!

Pearce on capital gold was massively biased towards all London teams, that was his job really, it's a local radio station.
He completely ruined himself at the World Cup with not understanding the goal line technology though, embarrassing listening to that.
