Yes iirc, the issue with what happened in Spain is that at the point it (the oral r ape) happened, it was not a crime. Fast forward a month or so and the law was changed (obviously was in the process of changing already, nothing to do with that incident).Quite.
The only responsible action as an employer is suspension in full pay from the very start of the matter.
There are women who have to turn up to the club every day for a living, they cannot be put in danger by keeping him around. Surely even the most die hard goons would be able to see that this is absolutely despicable behaviour by the club.
Also, has everyone forgotten about the case in Spain that was essentially a slam dunk with SMS evidence and everything? The CPS couldn't prosecute because of jurisdiction technicalities and changing laws.

That thread, if it's the one I remember (I am not visiting it again) was awful because you could see the woman unravelling online trying to deal with all the pressure and frustration she was feeling, and all the abuse she was getting.
