He will improve them but leave them significantly poorer than an equivalent overseas player would. Not all bad.Be a shame if they sign Maddison he will improve them. And we don’t want to see that.

Do you honestly reckon they can afford him ??
Not a chance
Why would Maddison want to go? Unless he’s being ushered out? which tells its own story.Be a shame if they sign Maddison he will improve them. And we don’t want to see that.

Leicester squad is clearly better than Arsenals and just look at the signings so far, Daka and Soumare against 2 more left backs (their strongest position anyway) and a 19 yo Belgium midfielder noones heard of.
200k a week? StandardSmith Rowe signed a new 5 year deal for them today, he is a talent
He can play CB and holding Mid. I do believe he’s a pretty versatile player. Looks decent. Not a bad signing for them . Tierney tends to pick up a few injuries as wellAnnoying, seems like a good player.
On the flip side that’s a big lump of wedge for competition for Tierney? What about the other LB they just signed as well. Surely this means it eats in to the budget for areas they actually need strengthening in?
Definitely overpaid for current ability - but he has room to grow and good versatility; could easily be there for ten years as a solid player. Not sure he is worth that kind of money to be honest, i guess we will see.
