Ridiculous that the "All ENGLAND Club" won't show any of the football on their grounds, stupid fuddy-duddy luddite toffs.
They do have VAR though
Ridiculous that the "All ENGLAND Club" won't show any of the football on their grounds, stupid fuddy-duddy luddite toffs.
Why would anyone go to a sporting event wanting to watch another one on the TV?Ridiculous that the "All ENGLAND Club" won't show any of the football on their grounds, stupid fuddy-duddy luddite toffs.
She lost the plot!
She had a brain fart and looked stupid.
She was out of order and lost the game rightly because of it.
But she is a mum
But she is a mum
I fudging hate her and all the other self important taco. Women are getting worse and this poor poor me thing is becoming fudging annoying. The whole world is meant to stop for them.
She never played the race card (others have since) the argument was that Judges are more strict on all women than men, if a man blew his top at a final they wouldn't get the same punishment, women should behave better. I don't agree with her argument, she acted like a clam and was rightly punished, the Judge is known to be a stickler but the fact that the decision gave a female a benefit is not one that can really be used. Some womens sports have a hard time, no doubt, but anyone that says she has it tough is talking out their bottom.
She was bang out of order and rather than say "I was wrong" she went down the "its always me" route when in fact its rarely her despite her being aggressive to female line judges and opponents.
The funny part is she claims the decision by the judge was based on her being black and a female but how can that be the case when the decision then gave favour to a young asian female? Its utter crap
but the fact that the decision gave a female a benefit is not one that can really be used.
But how can the point her treatment was sexist when it does not benefit anyone but another female? Maybe I am thick but I don't understand it. Her opponent acted with class and was treated like anyone else where as she acted like a spoilt kid and was treated as such.
For me there was so sexist decisions involved
The sexist decision was to punish a women in a way that you would not punish a man, just because its not detrimental to all women in the game would not make it non sexist. her argument was that men act like spoiled brats in finals, do the same thing and are not punished in the same way. In this case its a flimflam argument but it would be sexist if it was the case.
to put it simply - (behaving like a dingdonghead is being in a club and being in the club is a benefit) - All men are allowed in a club, some women are not allowed but some are allowed - this is sexist.
No I don't think its sexist or racist, she was acting a clam and played a victim card.Have men always been able to get away with bad behaviour in Tennis? I have seen as many women get away with it as men so was this just the umpire calling it on the day?
I don't see what happened as either sexist or racist personally.
It's women's tennis. Nobody really cares. What a shame that a life changing moment for Osaka winning her first grand slam has been forgotten in all of this.
Where’s the praise for her.
Also...If Serena truly believed in equality she’d be demanding the women play five sets like men, instead of three
