He is a professional footballer on a LOT of money with the talent
He is new to the league but that hasn’t really affected him
It’s his lack of drive and effort that’s hurt him
And of course his inability to take a knock
Poch would have gone 1:1 with him to fix it but that’s not Jose’s style I think

I think, and perhaps I’m wrong, that he needs to see a sports psychologist. The issues appear to lay with his mind set and approach, so perhaps that lays deep routed and can be resolved. And if that’s not the answer then who knows what can be done with him. He has fantastic talent but needs to realise that if he works hard he can achieve whatever he wants to in the game.

I think its far to early to make conclusions just yet, let Jose have a pre season with them and see what happens. Said it before but this season has been a nightmare, injurys, loss of form, illness, changing manager etc. I am hoping that we can get to Wembley and get the season over and done with.
