I love this bit:

Thanks to a rather inflexible architect and his "vision", the new Atletico Madrid stadium will have two columns (one can be seen in the top right corner of this photo) in the main stand to support the roof. Apparently the OUTSIDE look of the stadium was that important.

Does that mean they will have to endure obstructed views like our current Shelf Side

Wanda is a Chinese company that owns a stake in the club. Metropolitano is a nod to their old stadium from before Vicente Calderon.
