Kane and Son broke the record PL partnership of 36 goals and assists previously held by Lampard and Drogba on 26 February when Kane set up Son for our 4th in the 4-0 win against Leeds.

That made it 19 assists by Son for Kane with Kane returning the favour for Son 18 times, making a total of 37.

Since then, by my reckoning :

Kane
2 assists for Son vs West Ham (3-1) 20/03/2022
1 assist for Son vs Aston Villa (4-0) 09/04/2022

Son
1 assist for Kane vs Leicester City (3-1) 01/05/2022

So their combined total now stands at 41 :

Kane 21 for Son
Son 20 assists for Kane

Voila!

He's a magnificent player! I don't think i've ever seen a player that is so comfortable with the ball with both feet! I can't think of any player ever that is/was as two footed as Son. I Just looked through his PL goals this season, and he scored 12 goals with his left, and 11 with his right, which allegedly is his preferred one. At least that's the one he uses when taking corners and fk's, but I'm not quite sure which, if any, is the better one!

Note that yesterday's substitution for Kulusevski allowed Moura to take corners and free kicks, freeing up Sonny (e.g., for his second goal). Moura was Sonny's kingmaker, courtesy of Conte.

Good observation. Mouras flick for Sonny's goal deserves more mention. If it were a Emirates Marketing Project or pool player....

It was a magnificent flick. Bergkampesque, except Moura ment it. Bergkamps famous flick to himself was just an accident/luck.

Excellent stats, thanks for posting. It was actually Kane that set up Son for our fourth against Leeds - I remember, because it was a typically ridiculously good long pass from Kane that evaded their centre backs, and Sonny did what he does best....

I think Son is going to break the record for shirt sales when Spurs tour Korea pre season.
Asia's first golden boot in the EPL.
Maybe we will get a Korean stadium sponsor too when Levy throws in a statue of Son.
