sure Kane is the better striker of the ball between the two.

but if kane doesn't learn to shift defenders the other way more before shooting, like son, he will risk injuring his ankles more as defenders learn that he doesn't have that trick up his sleeve.

IMO Son is going to be crucial for us long term as Kane is going to get more injuries as he doesn't get the ball quickly out of his feet, making him an easy target for a "strategic" tackle.

Agree with what you're saying, but a keeper should be allowing for that.

Never mind Spurs player of the season, I’d say Son should be in with a shout to be winning player of the season and FWPOTS given how many goals he has scored and the sheer amount of travelling he has had to do back and forth, TWICE and just months after a World Cup.
 
I'm hoping Son moves to Barcelona so I can jump ship and start supporting them instead...
Some of the comments I read in this thread (or forum) are utterly thoughtless, or even downright insulting or offensive.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's back from the tournament early just as most, if not all, are. Poch was fairly blunt in his assessment as well. I guess it's not enough to be happy that he got an exemption from military service. Of course, I'm not so naive to ignore the fact that Son is so important for us and that's why we all wanted him to stick around instead of traveling for international duty.
