But only religions and the BBC protect them.
Or any organisation, it was rife within the EDL and no one wanted to expose is...........Old Yaxley was hardly quick to point the finger at his own mates.
But only religions and the BBC protect them.
And some useful suicides. And the royals
For me it's the key.
Plenty of white people commit crimes but the is an institutional element to the ones who come from certain communities.
The sad thing is by not confronting it and might be for noble reasons(race relations) it is just making everything worse.
A few posts mentioned the Empire. Well I feel it would be fair to discuss it openly warts and all. For me it should always on all topics be about the truth.
But by burying your head in the sand you just store up problems for later. The left have been doing this for a long time and then wonder why reform etc go up in the polls. It amazes me they are so blinded by their own prejudice that they refuse to ever learn about the "other side"
I don't know anyone that reads a Murdoch paper and if I did I would be distancing myself from them swiftly.I think most on the left know exactly about the other side.
As I have said at one point I thought I might grow up to support UKIP. I think all of us understand the arguments about immigration being a blight on our country, understand the riht wing argument that their particular brand of conservatism makes the economy grow.
But we recognise the economic growth arguments are not true. Hence a decade and a half of stagnation.
And we believe the arguments about immigraants are not true. By rights thats the most contentious part because you cannot really objectivley measure it and its a matter of opinion.
Of course those on the left understand the arguments from the right.
How can you not understand arguments which have been force fed to you via the Murdoch press on a daily basis for half a century?
Avoiding understanding of such arguments would be impossible.
We promised it would be split 50/50 and the territory belonged to us
Whatever influence America may have had is irrelevant. They did not have territory to grant or gift. Only we held that territory.
But if foreign infleunces were involved it only makes it worse that we conceded to them.
It is exactly the same as we did in India, Ireland and Cyprus.
Meddling and entrenching/establishing divisons
But the empire is long gone and we know we won't do so again. So it is over.
I think most on the left know exactly about the other side.

My second least favourite Australian after Ange.I am glad to hear it. And nor should anyone
But I don't think the guy has built of a media empire across the anglosphere by not having an audience.
He has signifcantly contributed to anti-migrant and pro conservative sentiment. Even when we might not subscribe to his views, when you control Sky, Fox and all the rest of it his kind of thinking leaks into the pores of people and helps legitimise flimflam with no evidence.
Personally I don't think anyone in the post war 20th century period has done as much to harm the western world as Rupert Murdoch.
Honest laugh out loud to thay...well played squireMy second least favourite Australian after Ange.
