With the previous and current governments I am really not surprised
If there was money to be made out of it, it would have been acted on straight away
It's the safety of kids so people don't seem to care

Here's a thing. Let's focus on men. The vast vast majority of noncing and *struggle cuddle* and violence is done by our gender. Let's all of us men stand up and shout about men. Might be the right place to stsrt you racist efftards
 
As a Pakistani Muslim in the UK it seems some of you think im more likely to be a nonce than yourselves. This should be completely irrational as I'm an individual with my own views and my own experiences. But it's a belief which has been driven in to your tiny little minds with manipulated data and racist reporting.

This is a seperate issue to the fact that scum got away with noncing. That police and social services didn't protect innocent young children from evil predators. That's not even a discussion. It's just an absolute tragedy. And any enquiry is welcome. And prosecution is welcome.

But you can't believe I'm more likely to do a bad thing than you because of my parents country of origin and my skin colour. Please.

Right now the whole world is talking about people specifically like me as a danger to their young daughters and it's genuinely terrifying. I've got people asking me why we haven't spoken out. Why do I need to speak out for people who have nothing to do with me?

Its scary guys. Terrifying. Genuinely.

With the media cycle and the SM traction on this subject I can well understand why you would feel like that.
From my own experience I can say that this view is not the majority view, a small but very vocal bunch of ignorant idiots do believe such nonsense, unfortunately it's an entrenched view.
The fact that some of these gangs are predominantly Muslim in their make up is immaterial, the important factor is that they are paedophiles, just as any other of these groups regardless of the nationality, religion or skin colour is not the vital factor, the vital factor is that they are paedophiles.

The groups in the news are. The actual data when looked at with a modicum of intelligence shows that race and religion are not actually significant at all. It's just effin men in positions where they can abuse because the system doesn't protect vulnerable girls.

Well that'd just be inconvenient for those looking to pigeonhole minorities, haven't you heard how devastatingly hard it is being a man these days? Times are tough, we don't get to own and r@pe our wives anymore and everyone's asking for equality ffs.

Whilst we're not all the same, and negative generalising is not helpful it's pretty easy to spot patterns. This is a bit of a tangent but a lot of seemingly held in high regard rockstars of old would go as low as the age of consent allows them to in terms of the ages of their partners. Personally as someone who was hugely into red hot chilli peppers, seeing a 60 something year old Anthony Keidis with a just turned 18 pixie looking girl feels and looks incredibly uncomfortable. The likes of Mick Jagger are worse for it. And then the actors like Leo...I guess the defence is that it is legal, so as long as things are kosher by law, live and let live but maybe the law needs changing? I don't know if most men would do the same if they could, it's kind of impossible to tell. That's not to say they are r@pists of course, but it's this gross dirty old man aspect, maybe a sign of arrested development / refusal to acknowledge growing up. If you surveyed women on their adult entertainment preferences, I doubt "just turned 18 years old" would be high up in the rankings. But it's a resoundingly popular genre...Much like trans pornography in the Conservative States in the US but that is a whole other conversation!

It's gotta be embarrassing for almost every source one posts frothing at the mouth to be updated / fact checked with actual context that renders the original point completely invalid.

I mean here is the condemnation some of you keep ignoring. But cover ups for child abuse by religious institutions is a bigger topic in the Christian church system over the past few decades. But we seem not to be interested in looking at that.
