on a serious note, don't look at it in the way you are, just take it that a group of people that probably dont have much authority or positions of prominence in most industries are just marketing themselves to boost their standings...or something like that

maybe we could swapi, i.e have the black people in charge but the white people get all these little awards that they make for themselves

but this thread is weird. reverse racism of the snatch variety......beggars belief. you'd think pooty tang is pooty tang no matter where you find it
