I'm not so sure about that....

I think there will quickly be large value stadium, training ground and training kit sponsorships and first team shirt sponsor will follow soon after, depending on the terms (i.e. break clauses) of their existing deal.

I think they may look to sign pre contract deals with a few of those available for free transfers in summer 2022 and then try to negotiate small fees to get them in early. I think their wage bill will jump very quickly (financed by their new in-house sponsorship deals). I also expect them to operate right on the line of FFP (with that line already having been bent by the in-house sponsorship deals).

IMO Campos and Rangnick are the best two out there. If Saudi Sportswashing Machine get either then it shows that the group are very serious about turning Saudi Sportswashing Machine into a proper super club.

Still gonna take a few waves of incoming players to really settle at the top of the table though. First there will be a first wave of Tarkowski's, Oxlade-Chamberlains, Dean Henderson's etc, then after that the Lingards, etc. It's gonna take a manager or two first to establish themselves up the table before a coach like Conte or the very top players think they are ready to win trophies and agree to come.

*Now watch Lewandowski and Haaland sign pre-contracts in January! lol

Which means there is a narrow window (the rest of this season) for them to fail to adapt quickly enough and get relegated
 
Have to say Klopps comments are spot on. There is something managed about the takeover. The way it was ruled out previously when there was an outcry. It went silent. Clearly there were actors planning and operating to choreograph the takeover. Lawyers. Men with open chequebooks. We won't know exactly what leverage was applied. But it was carefully managed. Leaked a day or two before then pushed through. No statement from the PL. No public input.

Sad to say, there is little doubt, Klopp is one of the best managers around. More intelligent than most.
 
So will Saudi Sportswashing Machine become an Cat A game next season? Alongside the Mancs, Liverpool,Chelsea,Arsenal and West Ham?

It then they’ll have to wait for existing sponsorship deals to end.

They’ll build an enormous stadium I am sure, but it won’t be quick.

Leicester City away
Both Merseyside clubs away, both Mancs at home
What a run of 5 games to finish the year
 
Looking at that team today they need to buy someone who can score 10-12 goals after new year and pray there are 3 worse teams than them, Norwich and Watford look like they could help them but it's going to be tough.

Norwich for sure.
Watford now have a quality manager, so have a chance. I'd say they are equal to the barcodes.
Overwise there really is no-one else worse. Maybe Palace if Edourd got injured.
Maybe Southampton - a bad run could crush them.
