Two examples of recent clubs profiting pretty well from leveraging multiple Spurs loans, Moore, Lankshear, Scarlett are definitely options he could consider

Chris Davies' backroom staff at Birmingham City includes Ben Petty as Assistant Manager, Nathan Gardiner as First-Team Assistant Coach, and Tom Huddlestone as Assistant Manager. Additionally, Jonathan Grounds is part of the staff, serving as a link between the under-21s and the first team.

Looks like Davies pulled a relatively new group together down the road. He worked with Gardiner at Spurs and took him along.

Mason will now need to do the same thing and build a tightknit group.
