Refugees & Asylum Seekers Informational

That the is a simple answer to a solution.

I have spoken several times at my disgust of the water companies and how they pump sewage into the sea.

The tories never did anything to stop it. I have hope Labour will at least try.

The way you had structurede your reply led me to think you were using a direct metaphor. I now see you were specifically referring to the water/sewage issue.

Nope the source you quoted from is well known as being heavily biased.

If something is heavily biased(massively pro the EU) I'm going to do what others do and belittle anything that comes from that source.

(Doctors Without Borders are a superb organisation, a friend of mine worked with them for many years documenting all sorts)...

If I may, try not to let your anger/perceptions of how others process information stop you from reading stuff...I always took you to be someone who was chill and moves on quickly (chilled vino and all that) so I was surprised to see you seemingly holding onto a strange manufactured grudge???

Its not my anger or perception that stops me reading stuff. But I only read stuff that confirms what I already think and dismiss out of hand things from biased sources. Just like you lot do.

If you genuinely subscribe to that approach, then the only person not gaining anything is surely you?

I'm just following what everyone else does.

If someone posts a link from the telegraph it is immediately dismissed. It happens so much. So you post a link from politico im going to dismiss it as that is a far left pro EU group.

You can't link it and expect me to read that nonsense. I'm just doing what others do when someone posts something they disagree with.

I dismiss Telegraph links because they have a paywall. I don't have a subscription...

...

Only read the first few lines.

My point would be that the British and the French are not really trying to stop it. As much as the far right might be motivated by a hatred of foreigners.

The current situation is leading to people losing their lives, for some reason it is actually being used as a political football by the French and the far left. Which means that people like the one in the case study in the article that you linked that I could not be bothered to read will be put at risk.

For me it is as simple as the water companies pumping sewage into the rivers and seas. The government should be doing windfall taxes on them to clean up their act.

Illegal entry into the country would be quite straightforward to stop. The tories did not want to do it because they were scared as being seen as right wing. Yet their detractors would always see them as so.

Starmer has the chance to show he really cares.

Lots of the issues facing this country are simple actually.
Oh politico, yeah, proper biased newspaper... In fact, in the modern world, both sides of journalism are biased as hell and have done nothing but polarise the debates to extremes of both side that nothing can be debated anymore.

It's like the debate over climate change has become left-wing verses right wing, when in reality science doesn't give a flying toss about that, as it is evidence based knowledge and it is what it is.

With migration it's become so toxic that people just hold on to their left wing vs right wing, garbage and don't debate the topic at all. Nobody listens to the other side, but both sides are wrong and right about certain things.

My view is, if a government has to lie about something, something is up. Both the Tories and Labour party have lied about migration and the truth is both of them have lost control to some degree and public sees this. Migration should be well run system and only those who a genuine refugees should be able to claim asylum with strict rules on those who come to the UK for work. I also believe that if I have to respect immigration of policies of other countries, then those from other countries should respect our immigration policies and their is nothing racist about that.

The other half of that some degree is that government and business, use migration as a lazy way to solve the countries problems. Yes, really. The biggest lie that has ever been told about immigration is that we need migrant nurses or the NHS will collapse. This is a lie. What the NHS needs, is for the country to be run better so the NHS doesn't have a retention problem of keeping the nurses we train up in the NHS. All migrant nurses do, paint over the cracks of a broken system, because it is an easy and lazy way to solve an issue in the country. Why solve problems when you can strip other countries of their nurses, that are needed there, so the UK government doesn't have to get of it's fecking ass and actually fo it's fecking job for once.
