No they don't. Son has been poor since he came back from injury (in comparrison to his usual self). Kane has been hot and cold all season with a very slow start. It's why we need more than just those 2 to rely on. Take them off if need be or bench them. But we don't have cover for that. Or other players in the team that can step up and do something special.

We need players to bench them if they're not plsying well.

Which costs money. Which your boy Levy will not spend.

So we suffer through their hot and cold periods of form with a crap squad, never win anything and get further and further away.

You want to put the fear up 'em and make them realize their places are vulnerable, you have quality in the team to replace them and bench them. Liverpool can bring on Luis Diaz and Diego Jota when any one of Mane, Salah and Firmino aren't performing. City..don't get me started. United could lose Fernandes and still win today, no problem. Arsenal are collectively a team of youngsters with roughly unproven levels, so they're all fighting for places in the team and it shows.

Us? Our backup striker was the 17-year-old Dane Scarlett. No wonder they get complacent.

And the one man to blame for that is D.Levy. Well, and his boss, I suppose.

Id start Son on the bench next game, he’s been awful for a while now. Stinks that Kulu was taken off and Son stayed on tonight. Manage the performance not the name.

We have Bergwijn.

And even in the games Scarlett has struggled in, he's been way more use than Son was today.
