Interesting. So its a way of measuring and identifying movement patterns. If one side of your body was stronger, if you needed to work on your core or a certain muscle group. That kind of thing it would be identified. It may not be an exact science as they make out, but anything to mix it up and focus people on their physical condition can't be bad!

So many new players for Poc to assess. How will they all shake down into a team and squad?
 
Im sure there were a couple from the first day, or maybe on the video where he was closing someone down
