That was generally good, bar the silly Sarr mistake, what was he thinking?!
Kobe are on a 2 week break in mid season and are champions, they are a good side. We pushed them back and created some nice Angeball situations with balls fizzed across.
The one-touch-forward-play is so important to our success. 2 and 3 touch means the defence have that half second to recover, but first time play and they are cut open.
I like the front diamond (Deki up top, Maddison at the base, Son left and Johnson right) with Sarr and Bissouma backing up.
Likewise it is vital that Gray at CB gets the ball and either drives forwards or fires it forwards into feet; whereas too many other CBs in our history take a safe touch, think, take a tap, think, then lay it back to their mate and kill the whole momentum.
