That's really annoying. The chat from around the club over the last year around Davies indicates he's been a great addition so to lose him after a year will smart.
Ange made no bones about the fact that he likes training up young coaches and releasing them to flourish on their own but still, would have been nice to get a bit more time from him. If he does indeed leave.

I don't think bringing in a new face neccesairly is a bad thing, as long as the new one is quality. With the same coaches year after year, there's a risk it becomes a bit boring and repetitive. Bringing in some one new with new ideas and training exercises is good imo.
 
Maybe Moore? I would have a call back option on Lankshear incase he does well and see if we can move him up.

I'd like us to keep/use two of Moore, Devine, Donley and Bergvall around, effectively to replace Lo Celso and Gil/Solomon. I imagine Bergvall for one, but I'm not sure which other one would be best to keep. Moore is more a left-sider isn't he, which could put him in the mix for some Son cover minutes.

Can't see him getting much game time with son and Werner Infront of him.
