Yorkshire Tea? I'd never heard of it until a few years ago, I've not had a cup of tea since the 60's
King of teas is Barrys Gold Blend. The rest is mostly tinkle. Lyon's Gold Blend is passable in an emergency. The king of teas.
What happened in the 60s to out you off tea? Did you have a cup made by Dr Robert?

You may beg, but science is science.
I normally don't talk to people who don't know tea from tinkle, but I'll make an exception in this case as you are a Spurs fan. As I dub myself, my predilection should be for Lyons, but my taste buds know wrong from right. I mean, I'm not an Arsenal fan because I know wrong from right so I'll just make that unrelated tenuous connection and walk away from this discussion pretending I won.One man’s meat is another man’s poison, I suppose.![]()
Ha ha...you ain't got a clue....blended teas 'the best' .....you been plastering walls all week?King of teas is Barrys Gold Blend. The rest is mostly tinkle. Lyon's Gold Blend is passable in an emergency.
Not this week. Got the garden wall plastered there a few weeks ago. Had to mix the plaster myself, which was a chore. Have I missed the cultural reference?Ha ha...you ain't got a clue....blended teas 'the best' .....you been plastering walls all week?![]()

Tea is not far off wines....regions, single estates, elevations etc.
My sister & all of her family live in St Oysth none voted because it was a choice between a bin & a racist. If labour the conservatives or even a good local independent had stood they would have voted. if the two major parties couldn't be bothered why would the constituentsWell there we go, 44% turnout.
We are the laughable little racist joke town by the sea again.
Farage celebrating like he’s just survived the Alamo.
I know it was always going to happen, I’m just tinkled off at 56% who couldn’t be arsed, and all the comments lumping the town in as one when there’s over 10,000 people who voted against him, and over half did nothing.
The retiree boomer generation round here and their racism are the ones who ruin this country.
The king of teas.

I get where you are coming from & well done for voting. I live in a country where voting is compulsory don't vote get fined. Maybe the UK should introduce it there. To be fair to my sister she always votes Labor & would have again if that was an option. She just couldn't vote for a bin & hates racistsSee my problem here is this, and I don’t mean this directly in a personal way toward your sister…
I try explaining to people online that I think we should always vote given what people did to obtain that vote, but I get why people in this day and age don’t always think it’s worth it. However, by not voting you’re making people think that you’re complicit in it in terms of the result.
Yes it was between a ‘bin and a racist’ I completely agree, so do you know what I did? I voted for the bin to show I don’t want racism to be in my area. I never thought binface would win, I don’t think anyone did really, but in this particular instance what you’re really voting for is showing you don’t stand for the same things Reform do.
By not voting, without probably meaning to, you sort of give the message of “I don’t like that, but I’ll allow it”. We never get the guy gone if people don’t turn out and put a cross in the box. Apathy is killing the country.
As I say, not a dig at your sister, she can do what she pleases and I do see where she is coming from, but sometimes it isn’t about voting for something, but against something.
