There are some common sense laws that could be applied when it comes to transgenderism that the vast majority of the country would agree to which would also make people with children, particularly young girls, feel safe. Apply those laws and this will become a non issue.

The suicide rates will have as much more to do with the copious amounts of chemicals that get pumped inside of already confused young people than any bullying they would experience as well.

Turns out I was bang on.

Common sense doesn't work because it's inconsistent, facts are what matter.

As a person with children, 50% of which were at a point in time "young girls", I didn't even consider it, because I'm not a bigot fuelled by irrational hatred.

No, it is the bullying.

This place is fudging mad, up until now, in 30 odd years, I've only ever put 4 people on ignore on this site, all of them its because I finally had enough of their ignorant anti-trans brick, well done, your 4 became a 5.

I went for a tinkle at Mcdonalds the other day and a, what I think was a trans gender walked in behind me, I took a tinkle and she watched me hold my rooster and then went into the cubicle for a tinkle….

But didn’t care much, many have seen my rooster; however I got thinking, imagine if I wore a bra and a skirt (don’t it’s scary) … went into the female toilets … all hell would break out!

So I’m wondering is this is issue about equal rights or safety?

I have a daughter and I also hang no concern about the trans community, however I will not accept a man wanting to be a women go to the toilet with my teenager.

I’m allowed to think that way, without being seen as some sort of bigot.

Perhaps a gender neutral toilet would be best to accommodate for all?

Is there data on 'trans crimes' in toilets?

Do you mean mixed sex when you suggest gender neutral toilets?

Are female toilets always desperate cubicles with a lockable door?

Just use the cubicles, otherwise it's the same as any other space.

I assume you mean separate rather than desperate? Although thinking about it...you could be right. :)
