UEFA made a huge thing about how secure the tickets are, turns out you can just transfer them to anyone
If people are using their points to get mates tickets with no intention of going, thus taking a spot of the rank for someone else, then you are a cnut

I've not stayed there for over 10 years but I think the metro stops at about 11pm midweek
I read somewhere that it will run til 3am on the night of the game.

I think it's closing at around 3pm before kick off on Wednesday, it probably can't handle the pre-match strain, I imagine everyone will be within central Bilbao already hours before kick off but worth mentioning in case anyone will be looking at travelling in towards the stadium at that time.

It would be part of the bid to host it so maybe yeh. That said I imagine because Bilbao is a second city it's more crucial to have it in place
