I'm a little surprised at their dealings this summer. Spent all they had on tying up Barry and Lukaku it seems. Martinez has been there a year now, you'd think they could come up some decent targets. Only Besic and Galloway from MK Dons plus Atsu on loan so far.

Yeah, beginning to wonder about Martinez strategy, lot of older players there, lots of high wages, a couple of big transfers, not a lot of sell on value. Everton barely break even as a selling club.

And a squad that old will struggle later on in season if they stay in the cups.
