***OMT - Tottenham vs Galatasaray***

Luca Williams Barnett would be an amazing first appearance. The lad is serious!!!!!!
5 minutes at the end, become Spurs' record holder for youngest first-team appearance.
Would be nice for him.
Though I suspect the game itself is not going to be pleasant.

Only way for the away fans to get in to the stadium is to board an official bus convoy from one of the main squares at 4.30pm local time (kick off 9pm local)

We've just boarded the bus, standing room only, journey is going to take 1hr minimum and with traffic likely to be closer to 2.

No alcohol served the other end.

Kept in the ground for 90 minutes after final whistle, then official convoy back to main square.

Oh the joys of being an English fan abroad.

Gone 5pm and no sign the buses will be going any time soon.

What: Europa League group match, gameweek 4
Who: vs Galatasaray Spor Kulübü
Where: Ali Sami Yen Stadium, Istanbul (aka RAMS Park)
When: Thursday 7th November 2024, 17.45 GMT

Some senior players will likely be needing a rest, so hopefully we'll be starting mostly with kids/second-stringers. Tbh, with some of the injuries we might not have much options but to.

Maybe we'll start the following:

Forster
Porro Dragusin Davies Gray
Bergval Bissouma Maddison
Moore Lankshear Werner

Porro got a good rest in the last midwek vs Emirates Marketing Project, i belive in anticipation to play the 3 games this week. We can't keep pushing Udogie (though tbf he only played vs City in the cup because of the MVDV injury) so i think Gray will get the LB gig here. Unless Dorrington or Reguillon play..

Solanke and Johnson i think deserve a rest, though i woulodn't be surprised they get to come on second half.

I'd simply love a clean sheet, but just don't want to get humiliated...

COYS

Mostly right...

Good to see Lankshear back. Hope he has a good game. Good to see Son starting, hoping he can go off and it doesn't totally become a problem, given that there's no Werner.

Imagine if we can win tonight? That would be massive. But tbh, i'd accept just a clean sheet

Will be interesting to see Lankshear play from the start with better quality outwide than he had last time. With Madison behind as well as long as we can get a good hold on the game we should be able to create something for him.
