I know Sterling is likely tired, so that has some affect- but Foyth has played him perfectly (hes now central) so frustrating our actual right back gets ripped to bits by him

Probably right. Just wanted a bit more this half. First half was solid, goal aside.
I don't think he's tired, more that he's a brain-dead little clam that's allowed himself to get involved in the physical side of the game that he can never win.
