Eriksen's wasnt as easy as it appears and it came off his ankle...could have easily taken a touch given he had so much time

I think we have been poor.

Eriksen is sidelined out wide. Kane is isolated, huge gaps between him and the other 3. Trippier has been poor like he often is big games without loads of time and space.

Davies has been a great outlet. Because we don't have Dembele , we are bipassing our central midfield everytime playing it long or wide.

Walker has to come on for Trippier. Dembele back into that midfield with Dier dropping back. Extra man in there means we won't look all over the shop when pressed a the back. Son to come off even though he's done well. We need Alli and Eriksen close to Kane.

I get what you're saying about going to a back 3, but I dont think you can take Son off when you need a goal. I'd take Wanyama off for Dembele

Son is not committing the defender enough Imo. He should be looking to take him on at every opportunity. Playing it safe too often.

Dembele on for who, though? Can't take Son off, so who do we take off to get Dembele onto the field? Dier, maybe - but then we lose the ability to shift to a seamless back three later should the need arise.

Walker for Trippier would be my choice.

Regarding Eriksen's corners, I think they look bad because he's always aiming for TOby/Dier at the near post so if a defender get their head on it, it looks as if he didnt give it enough. I think we need to develop another corner routine rather than always looking for a near post header - its too obvoius

Yes, two or three were headed behind for another corner so at least he got to have another go.
