in my opinion chadli and siggy are forwards and in now way suitable for central midfield roles in a 442. an attacking, forward midfielder in a 3 man midfield possibly.

where as sandro and bentaleb are players available to us today who are 100% more suitable and capable of playing this formation. as is holtby.

PSG. Hopefully we get a record fee for him and replace him with someone decent: Tim Krul, perhaps.

I don't blame him for wanting to leave: I only want him to rip strips off all of his defenders one by one before finalising the move. 'This is why I'm going to an oil-rich mega side and you're not, Dawson/Rose/Chiriches/Kaboul. This is why.'

Either of who? Paulinho? Sigi, Chadli?

Chadli for me could be a very good CM. Big strong but able to dribble and attack. Sigi has played in the middle at various times. I don't think he's good enough anywhere regardless of CM or otherwise.

Instead of argue over whether a player can play in CM, what would you have done/ played?
