To Poch - I dont care about third place. I dont care about Champions League. I care about finishing above l'arse. I dont care about Levy. I dont care about Money. I want to finish above l'arse. If you dont get that straight - then get the eff away from Spurs.

As I said in another thread - it is a bad idea that speech he made about not caring about Arsenal. Those players need to be fired up!
 
Just got in from a hospital visit, which was stressful enough, and I have just seen the last 20 minutes.

What a f#ckin shambles. They can talk the talk and f#ck all else. One chance to finally nail the 'Tottenham are bottlers' tag, but no, we cant, yet again the best chance in a lifetime to finish 2nd, let alone finish above Arsenal and we cant do it, barring an unforseeable turnaround.

Absolutely....this is the lot of Spurs fans, it is part of our psyche. Of all the things we do, suffering (long term) is one of the things we do best. So (Sexagenarian) put your belongings back, settle down for the second half, and suck it up like a man.
 
A young team. No Dembele to provide some experience in midfield. And all the pressure on us.

Poch has got so much from this team all season, but at crunch times, there has been a consistent lack of bottle or experience - when the title talk started, when leading games, and now when trying to secure 2nd.

Can Poch now get them playing? One goal back and its on...
 
I am at a friends function today so can't see or listen to the match apart from dipping into this board on my phone from time to time. This sounds horrendous. I want to believe you are all exaggerating and over-reacting but the fact that I can't see one voice of hope on here has me very very worried. How on earth can this be?

i think poch is leaving. maybe meeting with fudging ferguson couldve waited until after the season? its seems like no one, poch included no longer gives a fudge.

players are mentally weak and have taken the easy option, as soon as CL qualification bonuses were confirmed they mentally checked out

Poch hasn't got the ability to bring them back

There's no exaggeration. We have been comprehensively outplayed. And not from a team that us sitting back and hitting us on the counter either.

What? He didn't give us a couple of fouls, but blaming that completely dogbrick performance on the ref is just mind-boggling.

Kane, Dier, Toby, Lloris, every single player is on their holidays and doesn't give a single crap about finishing above Arsenal; Poch only reinforced that with his ill-judged pre-match comments, and it's showed with the most spineless performance a Poch side has ever served up during his time here.

There are 45 minutes to score two goals, which is we play like we have done would not come if we were allowed to play until December. The ref doesn't factor into that at all.
 
Hope the second half is a complete turnaround. I can't face Saudi Sportswashing Machine doing the double over us, and as it stands inflicting our heaviest loss in the league this season.
