For me Siggurdsson is just... just so average wit's painful. He barely offers anything. I would sub him off, but with I-love-giving-the-ball-away-bentaleb on a yellow and a foul i think he MUST come off at half time.

So I'd do Paulinho for bentaleb at half time. Then give it 15 before Townsend for Siggurdsson to run at tired defences.
 
The chances Chelsea had in the beginning came from mistakes from the Spurs defenders. One was a misplaced Dawson long ball and the other one I forgot who was personally responsible.

Chelsea seem happy to let us have the ball and aren't doing much.

Guess we must be happy with 0-0. Advantage Sherwood so far but you just have that feeling the inevitable is going to happen in the second half
 
Happy with that so far. Chelsea are definitely going to come out on fire in the second half, so we need to make sure our concentration levels are well up.

Keep frustrating them by holding on to the ball, then nick a smash and grab winner. It started to annoy me how slow Verts is in the attacking third this game, but his holding up the play and drawing fouls is working.
 
Adebayor needs to be more central, so does Lennon. I wish Walker would stick out wide and just run and run at the full back.
 
Some half time thoughts.

Lloris distribution is ****e
We keep possession much better with Bentaleb in the team
Sandro is still a beast
Ade wanders too much, him being on the ball on the halfway line won't hurt anyone

Overall a decent first half once we got to grips with things. Although we haven't actually created anything, so I doubt Jose is too worried.
 
Missed the half sounds like apart from a terrible first 5 mins it went quite well?

What is our formation and who is playing where and whose playing well?

Doing alright here, I reckon Jose will change a few things at half time though, in terms of the way they play, our high defensive line etc. so 2nd half could be very different.

Mentioned it earlier but this is similar to utd away, shocking first 10 mins but then after that we thoroughly deserved it, let's hope it continues in the 2nd half.

Not sure what siggy offers here though, he needs to raise his game considerably.
 
Chelsea have effectively parked the bus (the irony) and are happy to let us tire. I'm counting on a long shot like Sandro's going in
