Now I know he hasn't got a clue. At least Werner was trying unlike some of the others. We all know he'll fudge it up if tries anything fancy, but I'm guessing Ange already knows that since he drops him as soon as someone else is available.

In fairness I think he could say that about quite a few of the senior players.
You can see why kulu was peeved, he did more in 45 mins than Son, maddison and werner did combined.

Given his performances were no better last season it makes you wonder why he was kept.

Its not entertaining if we are not winning games. Whats that one win in eight now.? From when I first started playing/learning about football I have always been told that all great teams are built from the back. If the opponents can`t score against you then you have a good chance of winning. I think our defence is pants. Don`t get me wrong Dragusin was very good tonight but for me Porro and Udogie are not good defenders. Also Romero and VDV are over rated. It doesn`t help that we haven`t got a good defensive midfielder in front of them.
I think Archie Gray is a very good prospect but he is not a defender.
Ange got the subs right in the end but we just look like a mid table team and our results for the calendar year do not suggest anything different. I reckon he will get the rest of the season but will be amazed if he is still in charge next season. Unless we have a dramatic turn around of results and we win a trophy but I would not be betting on it

It was a critical game to get a result, we could have played brick and if we got over the line, it would be accepted

Down under the bus comes into effect. It's fair enough, you'd expect a pro footballer to be able to trap a ball under no pressure, but those who claim Ange is morally superior to managers who have done more in the game because he cops the blame may have to squirm their way out of that one!

Son and Johnson are wide forwards, not strikers.
Werner has zero confidence and low quality.
Round pegs in round holes.
Use Spence and Reggie a little bit to give Porro/Udogie a breather.

If both fullbacks are bombing up the pitch, we are wide open for the counter attack. PERHAPS you could get away with it if we had 2 DMs e.g. when Trent AA and Robertson bomb upfield for Pool, or when Rose and Walker bombed upfield for Spurs, but we are wide open for the counter and the 2 fullbacks don't add enough upfield to warrant that downside.

This was never going to be an easy game, it's quite disturbing the lack of respect some of our fans have for teams from other countries.

8 or 9 lads were very very poor. To pick on one seems unfair. To pick on a lad clearly suffering with low confidence seems like bad management. To pick on a lad after saying a few weeks ago “this week it’s Timo, last week it was Johnson. People always need someone to be a spacegoat” seems hypocritical.

I am a Ange fan that isn't like him at all. I think he is under pressure like he's never had before. I think he realises he is in sack territory
