Boxing Day games have always been special to me as it's my birthday, back in the day they were usually local derbies with the return game either the next day or two. Seen a lot of memorable games with surprises both joyful and depressing.
Games that stick in my memory were
1-4 v West Ham my first Boxing Day game
5-0 v Ipswich missed first goal and last 3, left 5 minutes early
4-4 v Southampton Gary Brooke scored 2 crackers on

This is part of our problem, believing a draw against a side that cost half of ours with a manager who we sacked after 12 games is not acceptable. That said, I think we will lose it, but that will be because of playground tactics

Taxing on the run way, but have time to put you straight. Fans with no patience are the problem. Whoever is in charge needs time. In the interim enjoy the ride.
