OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Man United ** 16/2/25 - KO at 4.30pm.

After a week’s rest we really should be beating them pretty easily in a home game. I think we will. They are truly awful.

Unfortunately so is our form at WHL… hopefully lightning will strike twice though.

  • Tottenham are winless in their last seven Premier League home games (D2 L5), their longest such run in the competition since going eight without a win from March to October in 2008.
  • Their five defeats in these last seven games are more than they suffered in their previous 17 at home in the league (W13 D0 L4).
  • Spurs are looking to win back-to-back Premier League games for just the second time this season, previously doing so in September when, funnily enough, their two wins were over Brentford and United.

Maino being out is pretty big. Ugarte has looked iffy every time I've seen him play (cue a world class dominating performance). Here's hoping we see the jaw dropping pairing of Casimero and Eriksen, which would have been something to behold, if it was five years ago.

My dislike for this lot is only matched by Chelsea, and occasionally Spurs but that's a love / hate relationship...Let's hope we can get back on track and hopefully get some players coming back into the fray.

I reckon its going be dry in the first half but then tinkle down with rain today in the 2nd and the following will happen.

Utd will take the lead through an own goal.

We will score an equaliser through a scrappy online bundle, possibly handball but VAR will give it

Then we will take a quick corner and a UTD player will score an own goal header just before half time.

Then in the 2nd half it will pi55 down with rain and Porro will score an absolute screamer into the top left corner to make it 3-1 and game over.

Camera will will focus on Beckham in the rain whilst we sing

"Posh spice is a slapper, she wears a wonderbra, and whilst shes shagging Beckham, she thinks of Ginola".

We will also see Roy Kean get booked and Freund will be seen running up to him say something in his ear and Freundy not stopping but sprinting off bricking himself.
