Another pathetic performance. I always thought we'd lose tonight, but I held out some hope (based on what, I don't know) that we'd at least look like a top tier professional football team.

I guess not.

As I said at the weekend. We are basically Fulham/West Ham and if we improved and played with a full team then maybe Aston Villa level.

Poch, Kane and Son elevated us for the last 10 years. That time is over.

Look at their players like McAlister, Gakpo, Diaz, Gravenbech etc. Practically almost all of their players would have joined us if we went after them. Diaz would have signed for us, but Liverpool came for în at the last minute.
 
Tbh we expected this.

Watching 'castle vs goons and pool, they are CL teams, who move the ball so much better than us. But would you expect much different without a first choice keeper, CB x 3, RB, FW, Winger x 3 etc.
