Me too. But I don't get the feeling Conte is actually looking for a player like him.I would still have him at Tottenham in Jan, if he fancies the move
Ha ha I couldn`t see that scoreline coming at half time. I was moaning like a bitch about some of our passing and general play, and where were these subs against Sporting?
Mind you the 2 goals we conceded were down to crap defending not great play from Leicester. First one was Davo and the second was down to how week Sess was
I didn't see his post match interview, but he's a very well spoken, honest, and down-to-earth guy. I don't get the hate towards him, just because of a few tweets many years ago.

Son was consoling him during the game, it looked like they got on, maybe It's in the offing already.I would still have him at Tottenham in Jan, if he fancies the move
It's something that Conte has to explore objectively. Not as horrible as you put it. Kane in a deeper supporting Son seems to be the best use of their skills / talents, but who knows what kane and son wants. What a horrible question. It would have to be Son because of that ability to drop off and control games that H has, would Sonny be the player he is without Kane? Possibly not, Kane on the other hand is a step up in terms of his reading of the game so all round more valuable to the whole than Son, but obviously the answer is neither.
Wow... Talk about tqisting everything into a negative spin! He's really good in the air, can beat players with pace, can dribble past players, can shoot well with both feet.Richy should be used as a sub for Kane (heading) , Son (strikes) or Kulu (dribbling). He is a generalist, a utility striker and does not have a particular strong point.
Sorry, but that's rubbish. Kane still drops deep and plays balls in to the other forwards as well as trying to get into goal scoring positions, the same as last season and the one before that. The issue isn't him, it's getting the ball to him (although he has been a level below last season). The midfield and defence turn over the ball way too often leaving the forwards with less opportunities to do their bit.if anything this game shows why kane can't lead the line anymore - he is slower and is more easily dispossessed.
also it demonstrates that son is best attacking space - something we stopped doing since the end of last season, preferring highly controlled games.
putting both together, kane should be up for set pieces for headers, otherwise should be dropping deep to lure defenders out and allowing Son to attack the space behind. like we did last season so well.
however, i think kane wants the golden boot and his contract situation may mean that he has more say than son at the moment. so maybe a dilemma for conte and paratici. however if we don't win something we might lose either or both to more ambitious clubs. who would you rather lose? kane or son?

I'd say he does not have any particular WEAK points, but you somehow take the negative approach. Maybe it wasn't intentional, but it shows the mindset of many in here.
yeh he was just loyal to Brenton Rogers, Also kept trying to shut down questions about not being picked for England and kept the focus on Leicester which was more about being respectful to his club/ fans than it was anything else.
edit/ forgot about those tweets and just googled it…what a clam… and him!
Son is the only Spurs player to score a hattrick as a sub.

Since mourinho, Kane feeding Son works well. Why did Conte stop at the start of this season?

Probably my worst day at a Tottenham game and I was there when we lost 1-6 to Chelsea and 0-4 to 3rd division Burnley.
It started with the disgraceful noise during the minutes silence and ended with me walking out after 13 minutes as I couldnt see the game due to selfish idiots who stood for most of that time. I've arthritis in both knees and find it difficult enough getting up for the numerous weak bladdered fools during the game but today was the limit.
I never saw the penalty incident or the resulting kicks or our equalizer, there is no reason why people stand there is a terrific view from the sitting position, after going since 1957 I think this is a sad way to end my going to games.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience - what part of the ground was your seat?
