its hard to imagine we wouldn't be at least marginally better if we gave capoue a try in place of bentaleb. strnage that tim sees him as the first name on the sheet for whatever reason.

to many players in this 11 aren't good enough for our pretences, or at least no-one can pass, cross, create. eriksen needs to be more central to give us any hope of a penetrating pass or moment of creation.

I was seriously worried about Englands central defensive pairing for the WC, but Jalgielka has been immense this season and Cahill's only got better at Chelsea.
