***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project***

It’s been an entertaining half but it’s a crazy approach. Our lads look gassed and that’s gonna get worse second half.

There was a game in Ossie’s reign where we lost 5-2 at Maine Road in an unbelievable game of football. This isn’t dissimilar.

Deki has been great, most of the others decent. Gil has been really poor, the usual - lightweight. Bissouma looks like he did last season. Other than that, individuals have been okay. They’re being killed by the system and tired legs will tell second half.

Yeah. In his second start of the season against a weak team like City he should be totally running the game.
That’s the kciker
Players need games
But you also need them to step up quickly
Gil hasn’t been as bad as people think but his style of play doesn’t suit us imo

No. Kulu is doing a very important job centrally to stop Emirates Marketing Project slicing through.

I would hope Hojbjerg could do a similar job, and Kulusevski can just do it higher up the pitch.

Or also take Lo Celso off.
Has played a few nice passes, but hasn't tracked back a few times

would be 4 straight defeats, I doubt we've ever done that

It's a good job that the league position is made up from the results from the whole season rather than from a 4 game block then isn't it?

If we lose yeah it's not a great record to obtain but it's not massive in the context of the season. I'm more focused on the upcoming results, today is as much as a free shot as there can be.

Still being in the game at half time is pretty good going, although helped by Haaland going a bit Nunez for two attempts that he puts away on every other occasion. Nobody is disgracing themselves although poor defending from set pieces is starting to be a bit of a concern.

Jeez, gil is playing against best rb this league has seen and doing OK, give the guy a break.
You think ?
All I've seen is him go backward most times he gets the ball, give it away and fail to make a simple pass (2 times to Son, when he was in)

We weren’t great at defending set piece with the proper Cbs either
VdV is really poor in the air and Romero isn’t great
But these two are just too small for that part of the game

Holding the line.
Unfortunately Davies went with the runner.
Difficult enough with the first XI. With two FBs at CB, almost impossible. Especially against one of the best teams in the world
Yep. He should have held the line. That's how we play.

yeah, we'll see at the end of the season how many of those dropped points would have made a difference to our finishing position

we are setting ourselves up to defend badly from set pieces, Davies shouldn't have Haaland
