Not totally convinced by KWP ( although he played his best game for us against Villa imo) and i would start him there on Saturday.
 
Thought our last game there was worthy of a result as we had 2 or 3 good opportunities to score and City had next to none that I remember so the tactic of sitting deep and hitting them on the counter is the way to go for me. Shame in that respect that Son is unavailable so maybe Nkoudou will get the nod for pace up top along with Moura with Kane dropping into the 10 role. My team would be:

I am not convinced that the formation is the problem. It is just a way of accomodating the best players that we have available (excluding Eriksen). I think that the issue is that we didn't have enough good players on the pitch (and that too many of them were flat).

Possibly
But anyone could see that having 3 in midfield wasn’t working
We created very little in reality against a bang average side and didn’t look solid either

I think that the problem was the balance of the three in midfield and the narrowness of the three in front. I can see it being and effective formation for us this season once Lo Celso is bedded in.

But we would lose Ndombele then as Winks would still sit, sissoko would be right and Le celso left

It’s a daft formation considering our players IMO

I think that it will be Winks at the base with Ndombele and Lo Celso slightly ahead and either side.
 
Massive massive game. While we're not really setup fully. That takes the pressure off us. We're away, and the team isn't settled yet. But we'll give it everything and try and make a statement. Have to beleive we can win it.
 
Vertonghen at LB isnt a bad shout as someone posted above. If we play a back 4, then our full backs will likely need to tuck in given their 3 forwards so Verts and Foyth would have been ideal at full back, absent suspensions

I'd rather play our best centre backs in position.

But sissoko only plays CM or right

He can’t play AM as he is now goal threat and can’t really create and he can’t play left side

Could be argued he can play right back possibly
