We need to get Micky Hazard in the changing room to give them the 'this is what it means' talk

There was a docu series in Norway covering my team in hockey over years - our coach at the time would always get into these long "this is what it means" rants when we played our rivals - didn't mean brick, we pretty much lost them all, haha. But then again, we're much like the Spurs of Norwegian hockey these days, always nearly there, and always a next season.

It's so odd. Really odd. We're missing 4 out of 5 defensive first choice players, and have been for a while, plus a handful other injuries. The only injury of note for Arsenal is Saka. Their spine is intact.
