I wonder how many of this squad Poch has already decided he no longer wants but still had to try and get something out of them til the summer!?
 
From the replay, it was clear as anything that Ajax practised that corner. Makes all the difference in the biggest games.
 
I would bring Foyth on for Trippier(or just play with 10 men it can’t be worse) and if Lamela has 45 minutes in him bring him on for Wanyama, put Eriksen next to Sissoko, Dele on the left of the three and Lucas on the right with Son up top and Lamela just off him.

Less than every single Premier league club I believe. They don't even make the top 50 clubs worldwide when it comes to wage bill.

I said before the match I was serene and I still am. Just... Disappointed really. People will blame it on whatever they want to but we've put in so few good performances as a squad for the last 4 months. Really disappointing.

I'm particularly disappointed in Trippier and Wanyama.
 
On a positive note, I think Dele has played quite well, he was growing into the game before we ballsed up and let in the 2nd goal.

First goal de light points where wa ts it and ajax block everyone from getting there, that's a foul.
Second goal Trippier goals in for a 50/50 and loses it, Eriksen is little more than 5 yards away and runs in the opposite direction, then screams at everyone when score. Chicken, try that at RM next year and the crowd will hang you.

We need a pretty big rebuild . Not going to be able to sign that many players in one window
 
Right, off with Trippier and Wanyama off. Bring on Lamela and Llorente.

Haha like Dier would be better. Did you watch Saturday's game? Sissoko has been ok. Our midfield needs an overhaul.
