Because we are doing a rebuild. Ajax as a club have won more CL/European cups that us, Emirates Marketing Project, Arse and Chelsea put together. They have a decades long tradition of youth development and are playing at full strength tonight. 15 years ago our season was over in March if we weren't fighting relegation fears.

Our defenders are so bad this season, all of them. Trippier the worst of the bunch. There's a reason we have lost so many phucking games and it's our bang average defenders, all of them losing 1v1 battles game after game. I wouldn't be sorry to see any of them go.

Had to turn the stream to a foreign commentary, can't stick this t0ssing over Ajax. They ain't THAT good ffs, Liverpool are going to smash them to bits imo.
 
GHod we all just seem so tired. Just rugged and exhausted, defeated. Ajax deserve credit, they are playing a blinder of a match. Im starting to think that the Emirates Marketing Project tie was the last bit of gas in our engine. From then until Sunday we're just running on fumes, struggling to make it past the finish line. Either that or Son is pushing them across. No question, player of the season for me.

It’s the lack of desire and urgency along with stupid mistakes, Trippier holding his face and not even chasing the ball etc that is annoying.

We would all give everything we had if we played for this club, so when the players don’t its fudging annoying
 
Trippier making real monkeys out of the Ajax midfield. Pointing forwards where he wants Eriksen to run, then playing it 20 yards backwards instead. Ha! The mugs fell for it hook, line and sinker.
