*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v AFC Bournemouth ***

Wasn’t he originally injured on the 18th September vs Cov. Tried to come back on the 24th Oct and lasted 2 mins. Eventually having surgery in the last week of November.

Are we using this as a glowing endorsement of a new process?
It's not a glowing endorsement. Just an observation. There's no doubt that under Scott they tried absolutely everything before surgery was even considered. Not saying that is either right or wrong, but a significant amount of injuries, resulted in surgery eventually, after "wasting" months with other treatments.

Honestly, right now... I am really not fuseed....

Ange will eave to the last minute to make changes then expect a miracle.

Another night of utter shyte game management ahead.

Not confident at all.

Forster, Austin, Porro, Spence, Dragu, VDV, Udogie, Reggie, Bissouma, Sarr, Gray, Bergval, Kulu, Madds, Johnson, Werner, Sonny, Solanke

Admittedly, we look short of cover at centre half, but there's 18 of our 1st team squad that we chose to name at the start of the season. It's hardly bare bones. We have 3 first teamers missing, and their 3 replacements have been some of our better players in the last couple of games.

Then we have guys like Lankshear who are itching to be involved.

If Ange has given these boys a good rest since Sunday, they should be raring to go.

Vicario, Bentancur, Romero, VDV… I count 4 first team players missing

Yet again, I wouldn't be remotely surprised by any result from 4-0 to us to 4-0 to them or anything in between. I wouldn't put a cent on this game, supporting Tottenham really is gloriously unpredictable.

Gray starting over Spence.

Maybe those rumours about minimum amount of appearances are true.

You’d think Spence would be doing Ange a favour if he did that. 😀

(Agreed though. Really don’t get why he can’t get a start at all).
Didn’t he get some negative feedback from someone pre Conte? Then Conte wasn’t a fan. No Ange. Pattern developing.

Doesn't give us much option to make changes in the center of the pitch if needed.

Hopefully not needed

One strange thing with the team selection is Werner. Deputy to Son….Son not playing, and he’s not in the team. And did ok Sunday and got the assist.

Not a fan of Johnson left. I’m sure he will play there but if Ange looking to shoe horn both Madders and Deki in then I’d rather Madders off the left and Johnson and Deki play in their ‘usual’ positions where both have done well.

There was a question over attitude but we've given him a new contract and he's in the squad. And the lad has done well in his limited playing time. It's mind boggling.
The only part that's not mind boggling is that as I mentioned a while ago, other than opening game of the season against Leicester where Spence replaced Porro in injury time he has always been played left back. Every other time he's played this season it has been on the left, with Gray playing right back so it seems as it stands Spence is Udogies deputy rather than Porros.....
