Think levy might be the problem. Not the money he does or does not give the manager but in the targets he sets the manager. The are literally 5 richer clubs then us and then 2 with roughly the same income.
Polishing players into stars and having one eye always on the future is the way i would go.
He won't have a choice if this is what we're going to serve up each game

Let's be frank we got rid of Poch because he couldn't do it anymore we didn't get Mourinho to replace those players or we would have kept Poch
