I think he's a decent manager. You cant really judge Everton though for at least a couple months given that they're bedding in so many signings. Their front 4 which started the game (Rooney, Siggy, Ramirez and Klassen) were ALL new signings!!

It's his 3rd season in this league as a manager and IMO no player has improved under him
