I've nearly finished the first season. It is funny and tragically sad in a perfect tonal balance. Brilliantly written, shot, edited, and scored. Spectacular. In these awful and dark times I at least have a decent amount of episodes to watch to stave off the dark clouds of depression.

Why are Amazon charging £21 to watch season one of Succession when they are also selling the Blu Ray for £17 and the DVD for £12? I might just wait for it to show up on Netflix.

As an opening season I think it's the best I've ever seen. I can't get over how good it was. Every single character was perfectly done. And the ending was perfect. I've heard they have started filming season 2 again after they paused due to Corona. Very excited.
