I bet Ancelotti is watching this with interest. I should imagine if Redknapp does go before the end of the season then Carlo will be totally gutted to have taken up the post at PSG although the wages will soften the blow.
 
i think redknapp suits us more than mourinho. dont want him to bring his cheating, boring antics to the lane
 
How will Redknapp be scouting for England players if he doesn't take over until the summer? I think the FA will want to make the appointment, on a F/T basis ASAP.
 
This is a distraction regardless of the outcome. We have difficult fixtures coming up. We need this situation to get resolved quickly.

well being a manager based in the premiership he wouldnt really need to scout would he ?

can see this derailing our season unless the FA make a long term appointment soon.

i hope Harry comes out and confirms or categorically denies he will take the job, quickly.

Why would he deny it when he's already told us time after time that he wants the job?
 
There is no one domestically that I would really want us to go after to be honest. I wouldnt have minded Mark Hughes to a degree but really there isn't anyone else that sticks out for me.

Personal choices for me would be Guus Hiddink, Carlo Ancelotti, Jose Mourinho probably in that order but Guus would definitely be my top choice. I really think we need a top top level manager in order to quell any potential unrest overlack of ambition - those 3 names certainly fit the bill in terms of top top level managers.

I think Mourninho could surprise a few. Some of the football his chelsea team played was outstanding, and we have 11/12 of the players needed for a very similar set up.

His current Madrid side are fantastic to watch.

He is a pragmatic coach and will play a defensive game to win a match, but I dont think he has as dour a style as he is labeled.

Some of his sides have played cracking football.

Mourinho would have us winning in style IMHO.

Harry is under contract, so the FA will have to give Daniel a fudging nice carrot to fudge up our season.

Hurry up and rid this earth of that fudging slimebag clam John Terry.
