How exactly do you "not intentionally consume alcohol" to a level twice above the legal limit for driving? I'd really like to know that.

I didn't realise means-tested fines were in place for this type of offence. When did this come into force?
About time anyway.
 
I'ms surprised these multi millionaires even bother driving, why don't they have full time chauffeurs.
 
Never mind there will be dozens of top clubs wanting to sign him, probablly be Arse'ol Camp bell's first signing when he gets a job.
